Holistic health is what saved my life over 30 years ago and I haven’t turned back. I developed a deep interest and unquenchable thirst for knowledge and know-how in the field and I never stop learning and investigating. I was lucky enough years ago to be guided to information and mentors to learn from. I’m so thankful. Back then, information on holistic health wasn’t easy to find with no internet! I’ve raised my 3 amazing kids using a natural, holistic approach because it’s what I connect with and it’s what makes sense. We need to trust our body’s innate healing wisdom and nurture and nourish the body, mind and spirit. We need to give it what it needs to be healthy and remove things that make it unhealthy. Nature's medicine is truly incredible! I’m excited to share with you what I know. It’s incredible how we can care for ourselves and our family when we are equipped with the right tools that build health & wellness instead of deplete it.
